In this FREE premier program, I bring over 12+ years experience in high-performance coaching, business management, and professional triathlon expertise to serve as your trusted mentor. When I was a aspiring pro, I wish I knew what I now know about the very difficult business side of growing a coaching business. Whether your aspirations involve developing a $30k annual side hustle while in college or transitioning into a rewarding full-time 6 figure remote coaching career, this program is tailored to meet your unique goals.
 

The program entails a comprehensive range of benefits, including monthly Zoom meetings led by Coach JT that provide an opportunity for valuable knowledge sharing among our esteemed staff. Furthermore, you will have the privilege of becoming a Wave1 Performance Coach, unlocking a world of professional growth and networking opportunities. 

In addition to the hands-on coaching experience, we take care of the essential administrative tasks, including accounting, marketing, and brand management, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—coaching. If accepted into the program, your compensation will be based on a percentage scale, commission-based structure facilitated through 1099 arrangements with Wave1 Performance.

Moreover, our program equips you with the necessary tools and expert guidance to transform your coaching business into a thriving full-time career. From practical tips to strategic advice, we provide comprehensive support to help you navigate the path towards success. While we define these spots as "Assistant Coaches" they are not helping coach the athletes I currently coach. You will be the head coach of your own athletes.
