As a Coach, my goal for Wave1 Performance is to help each athlete develop on and off the course. After writing my thesis on mental-health of high-performance student athletes, I wanted to find a way to coach and help athletes achieve their goals that would not wreck their mental health after retirement. I coach using a holistic approach that puts the ATHLETE first by combining Nervous System Coaching alongside proven Triathlon Coaching philosophies.

At Wave1 Performance, I understand that individuals have different goals for training. It doesn't matter if you are working toward finishing your first race, or are committing to put the work in to race at an elite level, I will help you reach those goals. As a former Professional Triathlete, I have over 12+ years of high-performance coaching experience at elite programs such as Irvine Novaquatics Swim Team, Queens University of Charlotte Triathlon Team (2x NCAA and 1x Collegiate Club Combine National Title), UCI Triathlon Team, Formula Endurance Youth / Junior Elite Team, as well as individually coaching multiple professional triathletes who have raced at every level from Continental Cups to the Olympics.
